Job Description
By collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer, the Junior Graphic Designer will be tasked with developing innovative visual solutions that will showcase our products and services to the general public and our business partners. The Junior Graphic Designer will show initiative and initiative, as well as a professional attitude toward feedback, time, prices, and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Conceptualizes assignments by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts as per specified media requirements. Adjusts designs and copy according to direction provided by stakeholders.
- Distribute, in accordance with established guidelines and aesthetics, printed materials, email messages with embedded images, and digital assets for our website and social media pages.
- Provides our sales team with professionally designed and easily understood PowerPoint presentations.
- finds out about our partners’ policies and the brand’s values, visual identity, and other components.
- Reads trade publications, stays abreast of developments in branding and design, etc., to keep their technical chops sharp.
- Obtains the senior graphic designers and vice president of marketing’s approval on rough layouts, timeframes, and budgets before moving forward with concepts.
- Gathers information and materials needed from designated individuals to accomplish tasks.
- Accurately estimates the time required to complete work, and works successfully within time and cost constraints.
- Maintains fruitful working relationships with the senior graphic designer, the VP of marketing, and other companies (when necessary).
- Help us come up with creative methods to showcase our products and services to the general public and our affiliate clients.
Skills:
- flexibility and creativity to adjust to shifting conditions and requirements.
- robust social skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- attention to detail and a focus on usability and the user experience
- competent in the print production process using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and 3D modeling (with Blender or another tool) are highly desirable.
