We are looking for high-performing Account Executives with search advertising expertise who can grow revenue and boost customer satisfaction by creating and nurturing strategic client relationships and providing tailored search solutions that correspond with the client’s advertising goals. Through largely virtual contact, the Account Executive promotes new account acquisition and incremental revenue against a specified list of high potential agencies. The Account Executive, in collaboration with the Account Manager (Corporate Segment), creates excellent customer plans that include revenue and customer satisfaction development goals. Specific key performance indicators focusing on boosting product uptake, emphasizing customer experience, and maximizing opportunities are utilized to assess success.

- Management of the internal and external account management teams, as well as the client’s strategic goals and concerns, is a primary responsibility of this position.
- Understand interrelated technologies and stay current on new possibilities as business technology increase and evolve. Create indirect sales channels.
- Develop and manage high-quality, executable Customer Plans (where appropriate) and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Demonstrate an in-depth comprehension of client requirements, issues/concerns, and goals/objectives. Create a comprehensive plan of action to address these opportunities. Plan reached with the consumer. quarterly review with management. Direct the implementation of the Account Plan. Ensures that all participants will follow through with their commitments.
- Assist the client’s sales, operations, and executive teams in guaranteeing customer satisfaction, in addition to any other obligations that may be assigned.
- Use consultative sales strategies to increase sales in the targeted territory. Good PR and networking are vital for new business growth.
- Expanding and expanding connections – extending our current customer ties to new business units, IT groups, and divisions, and discovering and contacting prospective new clients.
- Working with the appropriate field management, establish pricing for quotes and bids in line with the company’s financial objectives. Keep a watch on the market share, pricing, and other offers of your competitors.
- Be responsible for keeping the client connections you’ve been given to ensure they stay pleased, that they renew their contracts and that you can continue to profit from them by selling additional items and services.
- Outside sales activities, including as referrals, solutions selling, cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and creating customer relationships, are important in generating new revenue. Establishes long-term relationships with businesses of all sizes.
Skills:
- While a four-year college degree is desirable, we will accept candidates with equal work experience and a high school diploma or a GED equivalent as an alternative qualification.
- Uses expertise to influence, educate, and drive people to achieve a shared objective. Readiness to implement our sales stage technique to secure maximum income from every opportunity presented.
- Candidates are required to have great communication abilities, both verbally and in writing. It is required that you be proficient in all of these modes of communication, and you must also have exceptional presenting abilities in order to be successful in sales. - A minimum of five years’ worth of expertise selling to major technical clients, including but not limited to managed services, data center services, cloud-based software as a service solutions, consulting, and hardware/software solutions.
- Must be driven to seek possibilities inside the target client and marshal client resources to enable solution generation and strategy execution.
