In this job, you will be responsible for developing sales partnerships by prospecting for new customers and maintaining current customer relationships. To provide a productive and easy Client experience, you will coordinate between Clients and other internal departments. Account Executives must be driven hunters with exceptional sales and relationship abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Talk to the right people in the field to set prices for quotes and bids that are in line with the company’s financial goals. Keep an eye on the competition, including their market share, prices, services, and so on.
  • Manage assigned customer connections to make sure that customers are happy, that contracts are likely to be renewed, and that the client’s relationship with the customer grows by selling them more services.
  • Handle the communication and internal coordination of the client’s sales support infrastructure, including sales support, operations, and the executive team, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, do any other activities that may be allocated.
  • Business technology is always evolving, so it’s important to stay current. Develop and educate indirect sales channels.
  • Developing new revenue streams for outside sales representatives is made possible by activities such as cold calling, prospecting, and developing connections. Customer loyalty is something both large and small companies strive for.

  • Direct internal Account Management team and extended team members’ client strategic goals and service challenges.
  • Create an atmosphere of tolerance and mutual respect in the workplace in order to foster an inclusive work environment that recognizes and respects different communication styles. Motivate people to share their knowledge and work toward common goals by providing opportunities for them to collaborate with one another.
  • Establish and manage high-quality, actionable Customer Plans and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Understand consumer demands, difficulties, and goals/objectives. Create a strategy to exploit these possibilities. Customer-approved plan. Manage quarterly. Execute account plans. Guarantees participant follow-through.
  • Finding and contacting potential new customers; developing and enhancing existing customer connections into new business units, IT departments and divisions.

Skills:

  • While a four-year college degree is desirable, we will accept candidates with equal work experience and a high school diploma or a GED equivalent as an alternative qualification.
  • Communication skills are crucial. Due of its frequency in sales scenarios, salespeople must know it. C-level decision-makers must communicate effectively.
  • Must be motivated to look for opportunities inside the target customer and to mobilize client resources to ensure the creation of a solution and the implementation of a plan if authorized.
  • Utilizes information to persuade, instruct, and inspire others to attain a goal. This individual is prepared to apply our sales stage strategy to ensure maximum profit from every chance generated, and communicates this knowledge.
  • More than five years of expertise selling to major technical clients, including managed services, data center services, cloud-based software as a service solutions, consulting and hardware/software solutions..
