Full-Time Keyholder – Thar
When the Store Manager is not present, the Key Holder is in charge of opening and closing a retail establishment. This role provides management, monitoring, direct customer assistance, and ensuring that the shop’s aesthetic meets requirements. In retail enterprises, you are in charge of the day-to-day operation of cash registers and credit/debit machines. Duties include POS transactions, products handling, stock processing, and stockroom management. A sales floor merchandiser receives, stores, and replaces merchandise in addition to hoarding it.

- The business is properly opened and closed. This role’s primary responsibilities include maintaining order on the sales floor, in the stock room, and in the outside product area.
- Doing your work correctly and paying attention to the smallest details can directly assist your superiors.
- Accurately enter all receiving, shipping, and transfer documents into the computer system, reconciling product invoices to products received, shipped, and transferred as necessary for effective inventory management.
- Conduct tender transactions, collect payment in cash or by credit card, count cash and interact with clients are just a few of the responsibilities of this role.
- Making clients feel inspired, motivated, affirmed, and eager to come to the store again is the goal.
- Remains up to date on payment and exchange regulations as well as security standards in order to increase service levels while lowering security risks for both the organization and its customers.
- Assist shop managers with sales calls made outside of the store. Ascertain that all pages and phone calls are quickly, courteously, and effectively answered to.
- Greets and helps customers; promptly and professionally answers to client enquiries and complaints; handles customer issues and concerns. Maintains an awareness of guiding concepts and POS system updates.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process receipts promptly, maintain shelves stocked and items priced appropriately.
- Assist others in meeting and exceeding their daily sales and productivity goals.
- Standing or walking for long periods of time; routinely pushing or pulling; sometimes bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above shoulders, or kneeling; ascending a ladder; and carrying up to 40 pounds, i.e., fixtures and goods boxes.
- You must be able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with employees, departments, and members of the general public..
- Working on a variety of days and places as requested by the company (such as weekends and vacation times).
