Our front-desk operations need the assistance of a Concierge. As a Concierge, you’re responsible for providing the local community with first-rate customer service and administrative assistance. The ability to interact and relate with a broad range of individuals while juggling various responsibilities makes you an ideal candidate for this position.

- Ensure that each and every one of your visitors, residents, and fellow Associates has an unforgettable first impression by establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with you and your coworkers.
- In the event that someone from your company or family or network happens to be passing through or applying for a position in the region, a sincere greeting would be appreciated. Depending on their industry, provide visitors with information about where they want to go.
- Prevents accidents, preserves equipment, and implements safe work practices to keep the workplace safe.
- Residents may participate in events such as movie nights and game nights.
- Regularly examine and collaborate with the service team or other Associates to ensure that all community facilities and common spaces are well-maintained so that the community’s curb appeal remains high.
- Accommodate and respond to any questions or concerns that residents may have.
- Businesses must remain up to speed on technology advancements in their industry in order to keep clients informed about upcoming events and services. Maintains constant contact with essential data sources to keep them informed of new changes. There will be a variety of food, entertainment, and leisure opportunities for the residents.
- Examines any unusual activity and monitors security cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure the safety of people and property.
- You can send and receive faxes, mail, messages, and shipments. Help people send documents, letters, and packages by faxing them or sending them through the mail.
- Requests for regular maintenance can be met if residents and service workers can talk to each other. If you are in a life-threatening situation, you should call for help as soon as possible.
- Have a thorough understanding of resort operations and the events that occur there.
- Appreciate the value of cooperation and are willing to learn from others.
- A year of experience in hospitality, administration, or marketing is required.
- To carry out the above responsibilities, you must follow the processes and standards that have already been set.
