Job Description
The Customer Service Lead is in charge of the customer service area’s day-to-day supervision and manages internal security activities. Other responsibilities include cash room/reconciliation work, customer service, and student communication. The Customer Service Supervisor is solely responsible for this full-time role.

Qualifications:
- In suitable systems/spreadsheets, accurately document and process customer claims.
- Ensure first-contact resolution by appropriately processing communications and resolving issues.
- Customer concerns must be forwarded to the appropriate internal or external parties.
- Comply with the rules governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
- It is necessary to adhere to all attendance and work schedule constraints.
- Inbound and outgoing calls should be handled with respect, promptness, and professionalism.
- Enhance and expand a knowledge foundation that already exists.
- Utilize your knowledge and abilities to provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- To stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes, attend meetings and trainings and review all new training materials.
- It is necessary to process refunds or provide new products.
Skills:
- 2+ years working in a retail or ecommerce-related profession or sector.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools is required.
- A sharp eye for detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, are necessary.
- The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely linked to these professions.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines on their own.
