We’re seeking for a Customer Service Lead to help with a variety of client initiatives. In this position, you will troubleshoot fundamental technical difficulties, develop excellent customer connections, fact-find to discover needs while identifying opportunities and trends to discuss with key partners, and guarantee that all of our clients receive satisfying resolutions to concerns. Candidates should be natural problem solvers who aim to give exceptional customer service and satisfaction on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

  • Refunds must be processed, and new products must be provided.
  • All confidentiality and personal information regulations must be met.
  • Enhance and expand a knowledge foundation that already exists.
  • With courtesy, promptness, and professionalism, handle incoming and outbound calls.
  • By appropriately processing emails and resolving issues, ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes by attending meetings and trainings and evaluating all new training materials.
  • Customers’ complaints should be sent to the relevant internal or external parties.
  • It is necessary to adhere to all attendance and work schedule constraints.
  • Use your knowledge base and training to provide accurate answers to client questions while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately document and process client claims using the right systems/spreadsheets.

Skills:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a retail or ecommerce-related field or industry is necessary.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can move, prioritize, and fulfil deadlines on their own are required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely related discipline would be preferable.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools is required.
