Qualifications:
- Refunds must be processed, and new products must be provided.
- All confidentiality and personal information regulations must be met.
- Enhance and expand a knowledge foundation that already exists.
- With courtesy, promptness, and professionalism, handle incoming and outbound calls.
- By appropriately processing emails and resolving issues, ensure first-contact resolution.
- Stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes by attending meetings and trainings and evaluating all new training materials.
- Customers’ complaints should be sent to the relevant internal or external parties.
- It is necessary to adhere to all attendance and work schedule constraints.
- Use your knowledge base and training to provide accurate answers to client questions while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately document and process client claims using the right systems/spreadsheets.
Skills:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a retail or ecommerce-related field or industry is necessary.
- Self-motivated individuals who can move, prioritize, and fulfil deadlines on their own are required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely related discipline would be preferable.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools is required.
