Full-Time Lifeguard – Riyadh Al Khabra
Job Description
A lifeguard’s primary responsibility is to keep swimmers and spectators safe by enforcing safety standards, responding effectively to emergencies, and teaching and promoting proper swimming techniques and attitudes. Individuals must be able to work alone as well as part of a bigger team of professionals. To thrive in this field, you must be able to communicate with the public in a variety of ways. Special events, weekends, and even split shift jobs may need more hours.

Qualifications:
- Responds politely to inquiries from members and guests, offers information within the scope of the assignment, and addresses complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follows all pool safety rules and procedures and assures adherence to these safe work practices and procedures as well as established policies, rules, and regulations.
- Swimming courses, group swim activities, and other aquatic program activities are all a part of the job description.
- Assist with activities such as accident prevention and offering water safety services as needed, as well as provide lifeguard monitoring and rescue tactics.
- Take charge of the pool deck, break room, restrooms, and drains.
- Keeps an eye on members and visitors while they are in the pool area and makes sure they follow all of the Club’s safety rules and regulations.
- When it comes to selling and managing the crop, this person makes sure that the yearly thin and harvest schedule is correct, as well as the design of the roads and access rights of way, as well as any other tasks that may be needed for that.
- Help maintain a range of accident reports by reading, writing, interpreting, and communicating in English in order to carry out the job’s obligations.
- Cleans the pool, pool decks, pool furniture, and lifeguard equipment, cleans the bathhouse, and cleans the fence and flower bed areas in preparation for the summer season.
- Keeps the pool and surrounding deck areas, as well as the pool house and gutters, in good working order by monitoring the pool’s water chemistry.
Skills:
- Lifeguard Training, Community First Aid, and CPR certification from the American Red Cross are required for professional rescuers.
- This position requires the completion of a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work with people of all ages, including those who have impairments.
- It is important to have at least three months of experience as a lifeguard.
- Having the ability to build and sustain excellent working connections with co-workers, departments, and members of the public.
