- To ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive transactional data, this app can determine who is most suited to supply it and then route the request appropriately.
- Data input, lender balances, processing disbursements and payment transfers, paperwork preparation, transaction completion, client advice and fund management are all responsibilities of the Escrow Officer.
- After getting the final OK from the lender, make sure that the final settlement statement is sent to all parties, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and borrowers, before the closing.
- All of these issues must be dealt with by management at the same time in order to ensure that the property is properly protected.
