Qualifications:
- Assist with the preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax returns, as well as the related paperwork and schedules, in accordance with government regulations.
- Communicate with various divisions, talk about business strategy, and forecast future events.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, control escalation, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business demands with technological and procedural restrictions.
- Working with auditors, ensure that the company’s finances are well-managed.
- Costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance versus the business plans are all factors to take into account.
- Provide financial reports to management and analyze financial data while advising next steps.
- Assist operational divisions with technical accounting difficulties, ensuring that all technical issues are properly addressed, repaired, and documented on time in accordance with GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. Members of the global financial team should be educated, mentored, and developed in their knowledge and application of these challenges.
- Create a system for assessing major events and activities, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Make investment activities and strategies that the company should pursue suggestions.
- Ability to create accounting and financial systems and structures, as well as instill a Continuous Improvement culture inside the organization.
Skills:
- It is necessary to have a working knowledge of web-based collaborative programs.
- Strong computer abilities and application knowledge; MS Excel, Hyperion, and SAP are desired.
- The ability to lead financial teams and to improve their skills and capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration, or a degree with a strong quantitative component (MBA preferred).
- The ideal applicant will have a strong sense of leadership and a strong willingness to learn and improve.
