We’re hoping to find a somebody who is as passionate about live performances as we are, who enjoys doing in-depth research, and who thrives in a team setting. Interns provide assistance to the development team. The intern will learn about the ins and outs of the live event industry while gaining hands-on experience in concert booking and venue calendar management.

Qualifications:
- Helps personnel in the maintenance and food service industries who are cleaning, maintaining, cooking, or serving in facilities for commercial, healthcare, educational, residential, or other establishments.
- Basic Duties of an Intern (driving to appointments, medication calls, schedule accountability, etc.)
- As part of your duties, you’ll pitch in on the team’s various side projects (mailing list, class binders, organizing rooms, etc.)
- Maintain databases for current offers, contracts, and venue calendars as well as all other information relating to department booking efforts.
- acquires the skills essential to operate and maintain mechanical devices.
- follows the company’s established policies and practices on risk and safety.
- fast responses to questions about holding spots and scheduling at various venues.
- Help the UX researcher with software usability testing.
- Gains familiarity with the companies and Customers served by the role.
- Support or collaborate with a variety of company functions/areas/departments.
Skills:
- The ability to think critically and solve problems and make decisions.
- Must be able to explain and demonstrate that key work responsibilities can be accomplished, either with or without reasonable accommodations, based on one’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
