- Reports should be issued regularly, quarterly, and yearly based on the amount of data collected and analyzed. Make suggestions based on established baselines and trends.
- Create and maintain reports to provide management with information on new trends and potential areas for improvement (data analysis and narrative). Gather data, write reports, and provide ideas based on your findings.
- A broad range of data sources and repositories should be able to be conveniently consumed by process, reporting, and analytical tools. Investigate online and with the help of subscriptions offered by the company to market research services.
- Develop research objectives, prepare techniques, and compose survey questions to help our internal clients achieve their research objectives by working with the Market Research team.
- Involve the firm’s business areas and marketing team in designing and implementing strategies that will assist the company meet its goals, uncover process improvements, and improve the customer experience.
- The dissemination of useful information is done in a straightforward way that inspires others to act.
- Gain meaningful insights into markets, target consumers and competition strategies by using data mining tools and methodologies to gather, validate and share.
Skills:
- Dedicated to the study of the facts. Being able to interact with data from several platforms and sources is an absolute need. Providing a comfortable environment for in-depth investigation.
- Analyzing and integrating large amounts of data to provide quantifiable results that may be used to help increase revenue is required (3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodology, strategies, tools, and processes, as well as practical knowledge of complex statistical software, such as SPSS or SAS.
- Be able to identify and characterize issues, comprehend business and system processes, gather data and evidence and form accurate conclusions.
