The goal is to find ways to promote the brand’s nutrition health and wellness proposition in communications and to take the lead on any related activities.
- Support the brand’s need for customers to recognize and comprehend the brand’s identity, essence, vision, mission, and fundamental values in order to drive pertinent communications and innovation.
- Utilize digital intelligence tools to explore the consumer/brand demand landscape.
- Agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution, and results measurement are leading initiatives within the communication strategy focused on specific touchpoints or consumer objectives.
- Utilizes market, brand, customer, and consumer trend data to assist Manager in creating annual plan to closely coordinate Marketing and Sales efforts to produce the best demand for the brand.
- Take charge of initiatives that advance the brand’s stance on food, health, and happiness, and look for ways to improve the business.
- Oversee all branding-related projects and ensure they are executed in a way that demonstrates an understanding of important consumer insights and the ability to activate them through appropriate communications and innovation initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management are necessary, or a master’s degree in business, marketing, MBA, or a similar discipline.
- Ideally, you have managed marketing communication initiatives before, implementing digital and media strategies.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners is preferred.
- It is preferable to have experience designing strategic brand/product plans, such as communication campaigns and commercialization strategies.
- Experience in generating insights from data and trends to comprehend customer behavior is preferred.
