Qualifications:
- Meet with stakeholders on a frequent basis to discuss problems and brainstorm potential solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals for all business types, including those that are traditional, digital, and company-wide, and plan accordingly.
- Identify target audience, design brand identity and messaging, and ensure that all aspects of the marketing campaign are executed to the client’s satisfaction.
- Locate organizations that are expanding their operations, relocating, or hiring to expand your client base and achieve your goals.
- Find out what your client’s business goals are and how they plan to advertise, then figure out how to help them succeed.
- Participate in enhancing operational efficiencies and always look for new ways to do things better.
- Includes, but is not limited to, direct mail, websites, print advertising, SMS messages, and digital/social assets in marketing reviews.
- Prepare and submit marketing materials in response to requests for state advertising filings from Product Delivery.
- Act as a conduit between the compliance department and the legal, underwriting, and account management departments to proactively bolster materials and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Provide advice on various strategic initiatives from an Association/Affinity point of view.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and superior project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under deadline.

- Preferably, you have three or more years’ worth of experience in marketing or compliance for the financial services sector.
- competent with the Microsoft Office package. Excel and Word proficiency of a middle level.
- Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of relevant work experience in marketing, compliance, or a closely connected industry.
