Qualifications:
- All manufacturing and inbound orders must be completed post-goods received in order to maintain track of inventory and connect with the Quality Supervisor. conforming to rigorous food safety and hygiene laws

- CPD implants must be ordered and delivered quickly. Consistently checks to make sure that any problems are adequately examined and fixed.. Help with loaner implant kits and notify management of any issues. Thank you to this guy, all shipments are going to be on time! PO creation for bill-only.
- Inventory metrics are compiled, verified, and reported on daily and/or quarterly basis in order to enhance and maintain the general health of inventory, as well as to discover trends. In order to identify the underlying causes of process or behavior variations, conduct in-depth research and keep detailed records for future operational assessment.
- Preparing things for transportation, verifying the arrival and departure of shipments, and keeping records of all transactions Shipment records are compared against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other documents to ensure that all the information is correct.
- You’ll oversee inventory control processes, address shipping and receiving discrepancies, and rectify reporting problems to ensure shipping and receiving goes smoothly. Ensuring compliance with and improving all areas/shift reporting, such as consumption and returns, and K-LEAN. You’ll work with plant finance and procurement to balance raw and packaged commodities. You’ll also assist warehouse personnel count inventory (each SKU has different cycle count requirements)
- Set the pace. It’s important to make sure that goods get from Point A to Point B. So, you’ll be in charge of managing the stocks going to and coming from production in the Rome Plant. You will also be in charge of the warehouse’s stock inventories for both shipping and receiving.
- Actively promoting and teaching hourly workers and assisting the management of hourly personnel’s talent. Making sure that appropriate efforts are supported and that Diversity and Inclusion requirements are satisfied
- Inventory data should be input into an ERP system using a personal computer or other electronic device. Receiving and delivering merchandise Take care of any necessary inventory modifications. Utilize a computer to analyse data and make suitable decisions on the accuracy or state of inventory in various locations.
Skills:
- Capable of using technology in inventory and operating room situations. Basic computing abilities are included. At an intermediate level, you should be able to type effectively and input data. Capability to learn how to use the PS and EPIC programs. Capability to use handheld technology to transfer relevant data to an electronic purchase order. Capability to use/text a mobile phone in an operating room materials setting
- High school graduation or GED and relevant work experience are prerequisites for this position. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- It is also essential that staff members be fluent in the language of paperwork, such as delivery notes and product receipts. Workers in the delivery warehouse rely on this individual to keep them up to date on inventory levels. In order to be successful in this role, you must be a person who is trustworthy, honest, and capable of providing prompt and competent assistance to customers.
- This job requires a great deal of physical stamina, as well as the ability to talk and hear while on the job. A person in this position is expected to often use their hands and arms to manage and reach for goods. On a regular basis, the person in this position must be able to move or lift up to 100 pounds. Visual inspection of items and delivery documentation is a need.
