Job Description

We’re looking to add to our team with the help of an investment associate. This role is ideal for anyone looking to join a growing company and take their career to the next level. This position will primarily assist the firm’s advisors in managing their workflow while also delivering excellent service to the firm’s clients. This role will support client relationships by attending to their every need, fielding their questions, preparing advisers for review meetings, and solving any other difficulties or completing any additional work that may arise. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and will work hard in all element of their job.

  • trading to accounting software to handle the buying and selling of fixed income and equities securities.
  • For reporting, scheduling, fee monitoring, and marketing purposes, it is important to keep all client data up to date in the contact database and contact management system.
  • Responsible for providing front desk service, such as cordially greeting clients and visitors to the office, answering the phone, and addressing or taking specific messages as needed to ensure that all client needs are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • For proper disposal of all customer information, regular shredding of outdated or superfluous records is recommended.
  • Account opening and closing, adding powers of attorney and trading authority as necessary, linking life insurance and annuity accounts, finishing client registrations, and promptly responding to and completing client service requests are all examples of what you should do.
  • Maintain any shared office equipment to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, and report any issues to the facilities manager. Make sure that basic supplies, like those for the break room, are never in short supply in the office.
  • Create and manage customer files, gather client data for reports and forms, and send out correspondence as requested by the firm’s advisor.
  • Assist in leading transaction teams with duties including locating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and producing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
  • Review all messages sent via electronic means and respond appropriately; deal with customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner and with a focus on swift resolution.
  • Establish and maintain client files to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, create and produce reports and databases for maintaining files and record keeping.


  • Those applying should ideally be well-versed in using Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
  • Although a bachelor’s degree is preferred, candidates with relevant job experience and college credit can still be considered.
  • Experience in finance or a related discipline, such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc., of between one and two years
  • ability to handle clients and/or provide excellent customer service. Client difficulties and problems would be identified, and then effective solutions would be provided and initiated.
  • Possessing the independence and efficacy to get work done quickly and efficiently
