Full-Time Office Manager / Customer Service – Qaryat Al Ulya
Job Description
The Customer Service Lead provides sales order and/or inventory management support to sales people, hospitals, clinics, and physicians while working autonomously and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Customer orders are processed using a variety of channels, including phone, fax, Electronic Data Interchange, and e-mail. Fills customer orders for items and services and/or provides inventory support for products and services accurately, quickly, and under unusual conditions.

Qualifications:
- Maintain strict adherence to all attendance and work schedule requirements.
- Comply with the rules governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
- Use your expertise and training to give accurate responses to clients’ questions while following all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- To stay current on programme knowledge, systems, and processes, attend meetings and trainings and review all new training materials.
- Customers’ complaints should be sent to the relevant internal or external parties.
- An current knowledge base should be supplemented and expanded.
- Ensure first-contact resolution by appropriately processing communications and resolving issues.
- In the proper systems/spreadsheets, accurately document and process customer claims.
- With courtesy, promptness, and professionalism, handle incoming and outbound calls.
- Refunds must be processed, and new products must be provided.
Skills:
- The Microsoft Office Suite and tools must all be available.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
- 2+ years of experience in the retail or ecommerce industry.
- It is preferred that you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a closely connected field.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of independently moving, prioritizing, and achieving deadlines.
