Qualifications:
- Maintain workplace safety protocols and check that the organization is fulfilling its legal business continuity responsibilities.
- Oversee the workings of the office on a regular basis, including the secretarial team, the conferencing assistants, and the receptionists (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Carefully supervises all aspects of employee work life, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the upkeep of the building, liaising between the building’s staff and the local property management and the required internal contacts.
- Creates and manages branch accounting procedures, such as billing, payment, and account reconciliation.
- Tasks include composing emails, reports, and memos, processing paperwork, answering inquiries, and setting up appointments and making connections.
- Performs a wide range of administrative tasks, such as record keeping, filing, answering phones, and customer service.
- Create a regular schedule for holding office events like customer and business development and community service.
- Team member on company-wide administrative operations projects and initiatives to improve service to internal and external customers.
- In addition to fielding questions from the general public about the division’s procedures, policies, and programs, this role may also be called upon to make strategic recommendations to upper management.

- requirements of a bachelor’s degree and seven years of managerial experience in a medium- to large-sized professional services organization
