The Marketing Analyst is in charge of implementing direct response marketing strategies across several media platforms. This individual will collaborate with other members of the marketing team to undertake ongoing testing and analysis in order to increase lead volume, improve conversion rate, reactivate existing customers, and acquire incremental new customers while offering the best possible customer experience. - To assist Category Marketers in creating a clear, successful selling story in a visually appealing digital format, use primary and secondary research.
- The launch of new items is scrutinized, appraised, and reported on, as are the successful, odd, and failed products. Analyze data, statistics, and consumer trends on a local level, then put up a presentation style for marketing or sales to utilize directly.
- Analyze research/analysis data and convert results into meaningful business insights for media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership, guiding overall marketing strategy and budgets, creative execution, and media mix.
- At work, he creates and maintains simple dashboards that enable marketing teams and other business units make the most of their digital data.
- Working collaboratively with business teams to discover the most relevant business questions to be addressed in the data, develops recommendations to drive consumer awareness, engagement, contentment, retention, and other business outcomes.
- You’re in charge of the technical aspects of critical marketing technologies like marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM). Tools like these are used to create, disseminate, and monitor leads.
- Working understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly spreadsheets in Excel, is necessary.
- Advanced marketing analysis and data visualization employing Innova, Datassentials, Technomic, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, and Datamonitor research (a plus)
- Intelligence drives the testing and optimization roadmap, which generates and analyses hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance.
- On a daily basis, monitor and handle certain media, such as SEO, SEM, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and other forms of communication.
- A working familiarity of web-based collaborative applications is required.
- Data-driven content and inquiry/conversion marketing campaigns have been developed and tested for over three years.
- Paid search (Google AdWords, Bing Ads), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms.
- Candidates must be able to break down a problem into an organized approach, structure, analyze, and generate recommended solutions when it comes to problem solving.
- Technically competent, a skilled communicator, and a desire to enhance operations and boost revenue through digital consumer connections are all desirable qualities.
