Qualifications:

  • Send out requests for proposals to prospective media partners to assess for client campaigns in line with client goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign as it is being carried out by outside media partners, possibly by meeting with them on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • To submit suggestions for buy placements, research media outlets and business partners. Identify fresh advertising opportunities based on the objectives and strategy of the campaign.
  • Use buyer personas to coordinate the rollout of omnichannel advertising strategies for paid media initiatives.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date flowcharts, media budgets, media authorizations, and vendorINSERTion orders.
  • Make paid media recommendations across several channels for a client based on their specific objectives.
  • Monitor ad verification, brand safety, and viewability to verify that campaigns are carried out as planned by partners.
  • Validate the accuracy of monthly vendor billing with data from unbiased advertising tracking services.
  • Support continuous lifecycle programs and point-in-time demand generation campaigns for consumer and enterprise audiences by developing and implementing paid advertising strategies in tandem with the rest of the digital marketing team.
  • Negotiate with strategic media suppliers and Account-Based Marketing partners to manage paid media campaigns.

Skills:

  • Ad negotiation, native media purchases, and content marketing experience are required. Working directly with outside media sales teams is a plus.
  • 3+ years in media planning and buying across paid search, social, programmatic, and direct buys.
  • Direct advertising buys with vendor partners allow us to decrease costs for our clients and provide them with additional value.
  • You’ve got to be familiar with the ins and outs of purchasing B2B software, and you should also feel at home exploring the B2B market for fresh channels on the basis of your industry and target audience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in the field of digital media marketing, including 2-3 years of negotiating media plans and budgets with outside vendors.
