Qualifications:
- Ask all customers to round up their purchase to support our goal, and thank them. Follow cash register protocols

- Motivates consumers to make a purchase by engaging them. Assists customers in selecting goods and recommends complementary items for their purchases. Make it possible for consumers to acquire extended product warranties if they are offered. Describe the benefits as well as the drawbacks of the proposal.
- Order products as needed using the appropriate shelf tag or order machine, and follow proper procedures to ensure the store meets out-of-stock percentage objectives.

Skills:
- It is required to have at least two to three years of effective retail sales experience with good customer service, in addition to having fundamental computer skills and being fluent in Microsoft Office.
- It is needed that you have the ability to both teach and learn from others, as well as the capacity to lead people and learn from them, and that you are able to take on more responsibilities as they are assigned.
- GEDs and diplomas preferred. 16, can stand or bend for long periods of time, and frequently carries a little amount of weight; (no more than 5 pounds a time)
- Long periods of standing are required for a variety of tasks, including customer service, product replenishment, and upholding the store’s aesthetic standards. They are required to stand, walk, and bend as part of their employment. Squatting and kneeling are also required. They should be able to lift, push, and pull.
