Every day, the Utility Clerk is in charge of keeping the facility in tip-top shape and making sure that everyone on the team is doing their part to keep it safe and sanitary for everyone. Gathers and returns carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club door so that club members have easy access.

  • Maintains a polite and customer-service-oriented demeanor by welcoming customers, answering queries, and carrying items when necessary.
  • When a product is purchased, the cardboard is removed off the shelf, and the cardboard is deposited in a bailer. This ensures and maintains outstanding product presentation.
  • Operating the floor scrubber, garbage compactor, and cardboard baler equipment in a safe and efficient way in accordance with established safety regulations.
  • Clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environments are maintained by following Company safety rules. Always follows company policies and procedures exactly.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports, issue bulletins and notifications, and do other administrative activities as required. Ordering and delivering goods to the workforce are a few examples of these responsibilities.. Perform clerical activities as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date on department offerings and be able to answer customers’ questions and propose products.
  • Making regular equipment inspections and alerting department or store management when anything needs to be serviced can help you avoid costly mistakes in the future.
  • all of the proper documentation and deposits must be completed. It is monitored and generates billing bills on a monthly basis. The Water Crane is assigned with the responsibility of collecting donations.
  • Assisting in the speedy cleanup of spills, sweeping and mopping the floors, and completing other typical housekeeping jobs that need the use of specific equipment.

  • Reading and comprehending technical instructions, brief messages, and notes is essential. The ability to write basic letters is a must. In order for customers, consumers, and other employees of a business to effectively receive and grasp information, they must be able to work in small groups.
  • Mathematical procedures using decimal numbers and whole numbers. Analyzing ratios and percentages. Working with money and keeping track of how much you have in your wallet.
  • Equivalent of one to three months of comparable work experience and/or training, or a combination of high school diploma and general education diploma (GED).
  • The ability to handle several phone calls and customers at the same time. This job requires a high level of attention to detail because of the importance of accurate data. The ability to operate a personal computer and a calculator is required for applicants. Skills in dealing with people and a desire to give back to the community are a must.
  • Having the ability to read and write the English language clearly and succinctly. Ability to communicate successfully with the public and coworkers; Ability to read and comprehend documents and produce regular reports or letters.
