Job Description

The Digital Media Specialist will collaborate with other members of the internal team to plan, implement, and evaluate all national sponsored social media projects. This position will assist in developing and executing sponsored social media campaigns in support of the organization’s objectives, with an emphasis on approaches to boost KPIs and goals.

  • Maintaining client relationships and identifying programming opportunities for customers in order to increase efficiency while continuing to build their firm are important tasks.
  • Taking part in presentations and delivering information to the company’s executives. Meeting and weekly phone conversations to help the company generate strategic and tactical ideas.
  • Prepare management presentations and updates. Taking notes during meetings and weekly calls to assist create corporate strategic and tactical ideas.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition Manager to improve partner performance, including creative agencies, paid digital platforms, and affiliate/incentivized traffic agencies.
  • The digital analytics team should be involved in the development of information, analysis, and optimization ideas for sponsored social campaigns; collaborate to ensure that campaign reporting is always correct and authentic.
  • Check for and correct any outdated information on the website. Photos, videos, and textual information are among the items that need to be updated here.
  • This includes checking for search engine optimization, accessibility, and working links. Online analytics should be utilized and examined for assessing campaigns and programming.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to create a design that complies with regulations, delivers value to the customer, and is both long-lasting and robust.
  • Make suggestions for the acquisition and maintenance of digital media equipment. Analyze and fix digital media system errors and issues. Prepare cost estimates for several types of equipment you may want to purchase. Ensure that the university’s resources are well-cared for
  • People in this job help run the marketing campaigns. They write up proposals for programs to be recognized and published, and they make sure the citizen surveys and communications they write are working.


  • The ability to communicate and organize oneself, as well as analytical and strategic thinking talents, as well as the ability to collaborate with others, are all essential.
  • Analysts and organizers who possess extensive computer abilities, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on expertise with content management systems and social media account management, are in high demand.
  • Make sure you treat customers and coworkers in a professional and respectful way in order to give our clients the best service possible.
  • Provide guidance on the purchase and upkeep of digital media equipment (including computers). Identify and correct problems with digital media systems. Price estimates for a range of potential equipment configurations should be obtained. Maintain a close check on the university’s financial situation.
  • Capability to develop and adhere to strict timelines, pivot as required, and handle many projects concurrently.
