Job Description
We’re looking for a trustworthy doctor who can help locals with both emergency and non-emergency medical care. The doctor performs medical examinations and assessments, addresses urgent and routine medical issues, oversees medical care for chronic medical disorders, and participates in organizational efforts to assist inmates avoid diseases and accidents.

Qualifications:
- Engage with the medical director on a frequent basis in order to give medical treatment to clients (CMO).
- By having a good bedside manner, you may develop a sympathetic rapport with patients.
- Examine patients on a regular basis to check their health and discover any potential problems.
- Mid-level clinicians (nurse practitioners and physician assistants, including those working in Women’s Health Care) must be supervised.
- Education and counselling should be used to offer preventive and maintenance care, such as annual physicals, healthy behaviors, and self-care skills.
- Use and support a comprehensive clinical treatment paradigm developed and maintained by the team, which is targeted to help obese patients achieve their weight-loss goals.
- Using certified EHR technology to improve quality, safety, and efficiency, as well as eliminate health inequalities, involves patients and their families in their health care, improves patient and family involvement in their health care, improves care coordination, and promotes population and public health while maintaining patient privacy and security is defined as Meaningful Use.
- Makes appropriate recommendations for surgeries that cannot be done at the institution.
- The medical director’s specialized medical techniques are used to diagnose and treat ED, PE, and other male sexually transmitted diseases.
- Completes the necessary documentation and creates thorough reports in accordance with payer and/or Department of Labor requirements, which include evaluation findings, treatments provided assessment of patient response to therapy and treatment plan, and other applicable information.
Skills:
- A certification in family medicine, occupational or preventive medicine, and internal medicine, emergency medicine, or PM&R board certification is highly recommended. – It’s a plus if you’ve done some work in occupational medicine.
- Current, valid medical license in the state where services are supplied (in good standing) or eligibility for licensure in the state where services are delivered.
- A doctor of medicine (MD) or a doctor of osteopathy (DO) degree from an authorized medical institution is required
- Working experience in primary care medicine in an outpatient environment for at least two (2) years is desired.
- It is necessary to have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
