Job Description
We are looking for an Editor in Chief to take the helm of the brand. The Editor in Chief is accountable for leading the editorial team and developing and editing material that adheres to the brand’s voice and message. The Editor in Chief will supervise all material created and should have considerable expertise across all media, including digital, print, and social, as well as experience building and managing diverse teams. By producing unique and innovative ideas, the ideal applicant will conceive compelling, relevant content.

Qualifications:
- Design and supervise the content marketing tone and style to maintain the brand’s voice across all media and channels.
- Input’s editorial budget, editorial calendars and events, story ideas, and pitch procedures are all overseen by this position.
- Develop and explore story notions that depict the spectrum of persons and organizations interested in enhancing educational equity and the greater ecosystem.
- In charge of overseeing the whole content marketing lifecycle, from strategy and planning through publication and distribution to analytics, measurement and optimization
- Design and manage a content marketing plan for the whole company: Improve the company’s thought leadership and commercial growth among institutions, investors, and consumers by implementing a cutting-edge, best-in-class content marketing strategy.
- Execute an in-depth examination of content data and performance in order to proactively drive content optimization while also conveying the effect of the Editorial strategy to key stakeholder groups.
- Create a clear editorial and thought leadership strategy to strengthen our brand’s image and create trust with the media, prospects, and clients that we want to engage with in the future.
- provide information from the corporate level and keep the editorial and business strategy front and center.
- Set up work processes for journalists, producers, and editors that allow them to work quickly and efficiently so that they can report the news on the right platform at the right time. This way, they can do their jobs quickly and effectively.
- Set the bar high for our content production standards and experiment with new goods and distribution methods that will allow us to more effectively reach and influence our target audience.
Skills:
- As a creative and detail-oriented person, you’re able to spot the narrative possibilities in spreadsheets and briefs that others miss.
- Strong editing and writing abilities, as well as knowledge of financial markets and important worldwide concerns
- Strong commercial acumen, strong editing and proofreading abilities, networking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to direct a team towards achieving corporate objectives are all required for this position.
- A detail-oriented problem solver capable of exercising solid judgment, critical thought, and rapid decision-making with little supervision
- Analytical skills are needed to establish and validate a content strategy. You should be acquainted with lead generation and top-of-the-funnel awareness metrics in particular.
