Job Title : Primary Care/Medical Director
Location : Medina, Medina, Saudi Arabia
Salary : $ 34.82 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • To ensure the agency’s clinical and financial success, work together with other essential company partners.
  • Oversee the internal and external referrals to the agency.
  • Ascertain that the patient’s unique POC is created, implemented, and updated.
  • Ascertain that you have control over all aspects of patient care coordination.
  • Examine if patient referrals are appropriate for admission.
  • Take part in center/agency surveys and any mandatory reports (Licensure / JCAHO).
  • To help clinical partners accomplish their recruitment and retention goals, they are coached, mentored, and precepted.
  • Examine the agency’s ability to meet the patients’ expected clinical needs prior to approving the admission.
  • Check that the patient and partner assignments are correct.
  • Ascertain that the needs of patients are evaluated on a regular basis.

Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing from an approved college or university, or a certificate from an accredited RN programme.
  • It is essential to have current CPR certification.
  • Registered nurse with two (2) years of recent experience.
  • Prior experience in home health care is required for this position.
  • In the state where you work, you need to have a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence.
