In addition to delivering precise scope definition (functional requirements and acceptance criteria), the Associate Product Manager will also execute client engagements. This job helps our Product Managers identify and build solutions based on data-driven insights, research, and actionable approaches to execution. In addition to assisting with needs formulation, market research, competitive analysis, and analytics reporting.

Qualifications:
- Collaborate with technology teams to provide significant value to customers via product documentation, development coordination, client consultation, effective release delivery, and measurement.
- An overview of important findings and trends from competitive research may assist persons unfamiliar with the competitive scene build a basic knowledge of competitive behavior.
- Product specs, pricing, and launch logistics are all part of the portfolio/product strategy. Developing and executing a plan, evaluating performance indicators through business assessments, and successfully communicating with both internal and external stakeholders are just some of the tasks of this position.
- It’s critical to collaborate extensively with product teams (engineering, customer success, and operations) and customers to understand their needs and desires.
- Instills leadership in others by serving as a role model for effective business solutions and good change, inspiring, motivating, and empowering others, and assisting others in achieving success.
- A company’s success is heavily influenced by a variety of elements, including its market segmentation, its corporate model, important indications of performance, sales projections, and the demand for its products.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and smoke tests as required to verify that releases and release candidates fulfill functional requirements, quickly identifying any issues and giving clear instructions on how to recreate them.

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or the sciences, and at least four years of work experience in a problem-solving or analytical role.
- a rudimentary understanding of product management (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
- monitoring and ensuring that the product’s key performance indicators (KPIs) are satisfied; uses data to find areas where the product may be improved
- It recommends products that meet both the demands of the client and those of the company.
