Full-Time Production Assistant – Events (Temporary) – Riyadh
Job Description
The production assistant will support the editorial studio team both on and off-set, including during on- and off-site photo shoots. The production assistant helps the styling team, sets up samples, gathers items, transports them to the set, and constructs samples that need to be put together.

Qualifications:
- Compiles information from social networking sites and interacts with followers (as needed and allocated).
- uses their technical knowledge of lighting, lenses, and camera settings to achieve the shots and compositions that directors have envisioned.
- You are needed to assist with the organization of props, dressing rooms, and prop rooms.
- Learn the ropes of the department and the production process by taking on new responsibilities as needed.
- Under editorial direction, writes host copies such as scripts, billboards, tape and copy pieces, and connecting copy between elements.
- Miniature props, photo sets, furniture, and walls should be cleaned, painted, and repaired as needed to ensure optimal maintenance.
- assisting with the movement of actual products throughout the studio.
- Focus, exposure, and lighting can all be modified by moving and adjusting cameras as directed by the director.
- holding a meeting with the top brass to talk about how well the props are organized and where they are being kept. keeping track of the prop supply and informing the management of any shortages.
- Preparing for photo shoots and putting together toys, furniture, home decor, apparel, activities, educational games, and crafts.
Skills:
- competent use of office equipment such computers, phones, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- shown command of the conventions of broadcast media writing, with special attention on correct language and punctuation, as well as clarity and economy of style.
- Possibility of starting, planning, and producing program material on one’s own without much supervision for series or other long-term undertakings.
- Skills in digital media, including knowledge of social media as a tool for topic research, news collection, and audience involvement.
- Capacity to work under pressure, set priorities, and complete numerous tasks at once.
