- Work closely with Physical Production and Animation as part of the Production and VFX team, fostering an environment of curiosity and self-disciplined proactivity.
- Ensures that all equipment requirements are met and that events are appropriately staffed by working with the director of operations and truck/crew providers.
- In the realm of virtual production and VFX, it is important to push for the development of internal systems and tracking software. It’s important to deal with requests for enhancements whenever they arise.
- Conduct research to aid efforts to improve alignment between technology partners and cross-vertical production teams.
- By aiding in the development of internal project management tools and assisting with the preparation of presentations and financial statistics, you can help promote the adoption of new processes, structures, and technology inside the company as they pertain to Production.
- Manages all aspects of professional and other productions for the network, including the collection and distribution of relevant paperwork.
- scheduling and reporting of production music cue sheets and team production schedules.
- Maintain a log of virtual production reports and milestones each week to update stakeholders.
- Help out wherever you can with general production support tasks from pre-production to delivery.
- Organize and administer a number of different workflows, both internal and external, including but not limited to budgeting, talent procurement and hiring, calendaring, talent onboarding, contracting, production and post production status, and delivery.
- One must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- capable of handling a dynamic workplace and juggling several projects at varying stages of development (from development through delivery).
