The IT Program Manager oversees the program’s day-to-day operations while also developing long-term and strategic goals to guarantee that client needs are met. Ensures that technical solutions and timelines are implemented in a timely manner by doing horizontal integration planning and interacting with other functional areas.

Qualifications:
- In order to be a good provider, you need to know how to manage clients, projects, programs, vendors, proposals, and costs. You also need to know how to use industry best practices.
- Stay up to date on industry trends by participating in professional activities outside of work. Form ties with other project managers in the legal and other industries to keep up with activity at these institutions.
- Plan and arrange activities like as computer network development, hardware and software updates, and Internet and intranet site implementation.
- Ensure that all activities are performed on schedule, that client tasking instructions are clear and accurate, that contract workers are qualified to accomplish the jobs, and that any potential personnel problems are avoided.
- One or more information technology and systems functions that support corporation business operations and technical information systems platforms are under the leadership of this individual.
- Working directly with the IT team, partners, and vendors on a regular basis to identify problems that require operational solutions.
- As a means of analyzing the quality and efficiency of teamwork, develop, execute, and analyze metrics, internal process improvement, operating procedures, and job instructions.
- Throughout their portfolio’s ongoing and forthcoming projects, supply and demand are balanced, with new project managers and other resources hired as needed.
- It’s crucial to communicate effectively with stakeholders and management on critical factors like as budgets, risks, and schedules.
- Create and implement streamlined processes and procedures that allow the team to respond quickly to surges in contract employee needs. Ascertain that the SLA criteria are met.
Skills:
- Knowledge of business and management principles that apply to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modelling, leadership techniques, production methods, and people and resource coordination, as well as economic and accounting principles and practices and the financial market.
- Experience directing strategic software development programs/projects, ideally for mobile networking products or cloud-native/SaaS solutions, with a minimum of three (3) years of program/project management experience.
- It is important to have a valid national agency check, as well as a local agency check and credit check (NACLC).
- People who want to work in Project or Program Management need to have certificates from reputable schools, like the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or another Project or Program Management qualification.
- There must be at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the public and/or private sectors in the fields of IT and consulting.
