Qualifications:
- Oversee all aspects of running the office, from hiring and supervising office staff to ensuring that secretaries, conference room attendants, and other office services are available as needed (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Types letters and reports, handles paperwork, answers question, provides direction, and schedules appointments are just some of the sophisticated clerical activities you’ll be responsible for.
- Maintains office services through the assignment and monitoring of clerical tasks, management of communications, creation of filing systems, review and approval of supply requests, and other similar activities.
- performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, accounting, file reviewing, and other related duties as needed.
- Member of firm-wide administrative operations team (projects and initiatives) which enhance service delivery to internal and external clients.
- Plan and execute routine staff gatherings, office events, client- and business-development activities, and humanitarian endeavors.
- Oversee facility upkeep; act as a link with local property management; and collaborate with building personnel and relevant internal contacts.
- Manages employees and their work schedules, time sheets, and performance evaluations.
- Provides information to the public regarding the branch’s policies, programs, and processes; this responsibility may require the employee to make a case for a certain course of action to management.
- Observe all established procedures for keeping the office safe and secure, and make sure the space can fulfill all of the company’s business continuity needs.
