Qualifications:
- Gather and summarize all relevant information, identify significant issues and noteworthy features, and then create briefs and other submissions that will be utilized in the case prior to the trial. Detailed summaries of the case are provided to each member of the panel and include information on the most likely outcome based on the evidence, as well as biographical information on the participants.
- Ensure that all necessary information is given and understood by meeting with judges and talking about cases with them about them. In addition, this person is in charge of writing judgments in both civil and criminal cases, as well as sentencing, as well as opinions and orders for opinions and sentences.
- Perform in-depth research into the parties’ legal arguments and authority to verify or reject their legality or accuracy in legal papers. Produce legal documents.
- Prepares and organizes business legal papers, such as company filings and registrations, prepares communication, document assembling, and aids with outside lawsuit management.
- Be prepared to go to the principal’s location to help with client meetings, presentations, and other activities.
- Organizes, categorizes, and indexes a wide range of evidence for use in court presentations.
- The research they do is guided by their own judgment, and they come up with a proposed opinion for the judge to use when explaining the court’s decision and the reasons behind it.

Skills:
- At the time of enrollment or graduation, all applicants must have earned a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree from an authorized law institution.

- Capability to produce opinions, memorandums, and other legal papers addressing pertinent topics, pertinent law and precedent, and judicial perspectives.
