Qualifications:

- DLX and SAP’s inventory discrepancies are compared to all 24-hour inventory movements. Products that have been damaged or liquidated are considered. Leader-ize Learn how the plant works so you can look for ways to make it better and then do something about it.
- Ensure stuff gets from A to B is critical. You’ll control Rome Plant production inventory. You’ll handle the warehouse’s shipping and receiving stock inventories.
- Ensures the accuracy of incoming and leaving shipments, as well as preparing things for transport. Shipment records are compared against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other documents to ensure that all the information is correct and accurate.
- Data on inventories should ideally be recorded into an ERP system using a computer or other electronic gadget. The act of receiving and delivering merchandise. Do whatever is necessary to modify your inventory. Analyze data using a computer to determine the accuracy and condition of various inventories.
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensuring that all aspects of the shipping and receiving process run well, including inventory management, shipping and receiving reconciliation, and error reporting. Raw and packaged commodities will be balanced as you engage with plant financial staff and procurement. This person must be able to check goods and delivery documents by sight.
- Diploma from an accredited high school or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with sufficient work experience in the relevant field Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting Experience with the inventory location system related to the inventory
- Employees must be able to read delivery documentation and product tickets. They must be able to communicate effectively with the delivery warehouse workers in order to convey inventory information. It is essential to have a trustworthy employee who is able to assist customers in a timely and professional manner.
