Full-Time Retail Key Holder – Najran
Job Description
The successful Key Holder will place a high value on customer service, goods, and visual display. As a member of the leadership team, the Key Holder must be an adept problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude. As a member of the team, they will teach and hold accountable a group of Team Members that are driven to create a great guest experience in order to increase sales. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the demands of the company.

Qualifications:
- Each step of the store’s opening and closing processes is carried out with precision. Cleanliness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor product area are the key duties of this role.
- At the same time, assist others in meeting their daily sales and productivity targets.
- Providing clients with a remarkable shopping experience that leaves them feeling inspired, emboldened, affirmed, and eager to return.
- This position’s tasks include tendering purchases, processing cash or credit payments, counting money, and providing customer service.
- Responds to consumer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner; answers customer issues and queries. Keeps abreast with guiding principles and POS system upgrades.
- Assist your management team by ensuring that all duties are executed to a high quality.
- Outbound sales calls for store managers. Assure timely, polite, and efficient response to all pages and calls.
- Remains up to date on payment and exchange regulations as well as security requirements in order to increase service levels while decreasing security risks.
- Keep the shop clean and well-maintained, set up loss prevention rules, make sure receipts are processed quickly, keep the shelves full, and price things correctly.
- Reconciling product invoices with products received, delivered, or transferred, as necessary, for accurate inventory, with all relevant receiving, shipping, and transfer paperwork.
Skills:
- Capable of working a flexible schedule (i.e. holidays, weekends, and locales) to meet company demands
- Continuous standing/walking; frequent pushing/pulling; bending/stooping/crawling/reaching higher than shoulders/kneeling; mounting a ladder; and carrying up to 40 pounds, i.e., fixture parts and product boxes.
- Computer expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word, as well as good verbal and written communication skills, are required for this position.
- The ability to build and sustain good working relationships with other workers, departments, and the general public.
- This position requires at least three years of retail or customer service experience, as well as a drive to offer great customer service and sales.
