Job Description
To manage the workplace, we’re looking for a bubbly, vivacious Office Administrator. You will assist with daily office operations and administrative chores and serve as the point of contact for any office maintenance and administrative requirements.

Qualifications:
- administer the building, work with the building employees and internal contacts, and act as the local property management’s point of contact.
- Provides information to the public about the branch’s services, rules, and processes, and on occasion makes recommendations to management about how to proceed in certain situations.
- Working as a part of the administrative operations team, I contribute to efforts to enhance the quality of the firm’s interactions with both internal and external customers.
- Clerical tasks of increasing complexity are performed, including but not limited to composing messages and reports, processing forms, fielding enquiries, referring customers, and scheduling appointments.
- Keep the office safe and secure and make sure it can fulfill the company’s business continuity needs.
- Organize and run frequent workplace events, such as client and company development gatherings and charity-focused activities.
- Manages employees and their work schedules, time sheets, and performance evaluations.
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the office, from scheduling meetings to ensuring that the secretarial, clerical, and other support personnel are doing their jobs well (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Tasks in the areas of administration, clerical work, record keeping, accounting, file reviewing, and assistance are carried out.
- Maintains office services through the assignment and monitoring of clerical tasks, management of communications, creation of filing systems, review and approval of supply requests, and general office upkeep.
Skills:
- In a hectic, detail-oriented work environment, the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- a BA/BS and at least seven years of managerial experience in a medium- to large-sized professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly grasp new technology tools.
- A calm composure in the face of competing demands and short deadlines.
- Top-tier abilities in management, communication, and planning.
