A Product Specialist supports our clients’ Time Management products with world-class knowledge. With your expertise in time and attendance, payroll, pay rules, interfaces, leave management, shift patterns, and scheduling, you help us provide a holistic solution to our customers.

Qualifications:
- It is your responsibility to help shape the advertising solutions product road map as a representative of the consumer.
- Provide accurate and fast technical repair and/or technical assistance of the company’s goods by traveling to customers’ locations as needed.
- Aids in getting a comprehensive grasp of the product market, rivals, consumer demands, distribution techniques, and services offered by the company.
- People who work on projects about manufacturer back orders, replacements, and product transitions are in charge of these projects. Coordination and communication with the Operations team is what this person does to make the project plan work.
- Acquire, maintain, and grow your knowledge of relevant products, scope documents, and departmental policies and procedures in order to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Ownership of problems from first contact with the customer until call resolution, which includes aiding with appropriate escalations and communicating with the consumer.
- Product launch activities were undertaken as a member of an inter-departmental team. Managing SKU setup, price evaluation, ROI model building, or giving marketing material input and feedback, conducting training and webinars, and making occasional client presentations are all examples of possible responsibilities.
- Monthly, we review a comprehensive list of products we’d want to offer. This list contains redundant, outdated, and non-value-added content from all KOB.
- Customers’ internal and external needs are met with a high level of satisfaction and technical knowledge when you provide great quality assistance.
- Condense large amounts of information into simple product documentation that can be used both internally and externally to help the go-to-market plan for mass solution adoption succeed.

- Ability to grasp difficult technical ideas and convey them to non-technical audiences
- Strong team member with a good mindset who is passionate about delivering World Class Customer Service.
- You must be physically and mentally well in order to have a good sense of humor. Standing for lengthy periods of time is also necessary.
- To be able to get a lot done quickly and to quickly shift gears as priorities shift
- Prior experience in an online advertising job and knowledge of advertising products and ad serving technologies are required.
