This employee will conduct clerical responsibilities to help the Financial Operations team, following established protocols. Scanning papers, filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed will be part of the job.

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage a wide range of activities with precision and attention to deadlines with little direct supervision.
• The General Accounting Manager has extra duties.
• Support Accounts Payable with payment processing and coding.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is strongly recommended.
• The payment for this job is evaluated on the number of years of experience you have.
• A functional personal vehicle is essential, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by company policy.
• You will set up, classify, check, and maintain electronic files for Accounts Payable Invoices.
• Perform various clerical chores for the accounting department, such as filing, copying, and collating, as well as data input.
• Prepare checks for accounts payable to be sent out.
• Receipts and payments made with a credit card should be considered while checking out.
