Full-Time Seasonal Receptionist – Ragal Almaa
We need a receptionist in our office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of activities, including data entry, scheduling, acting as a first point of contact, and handling many phone lines at once. The ideal employee is motivated, self-directed, and proficient at juggling multiple priorities at once.

- Ability to use a multi-line telephone system for call reception, call screening, call forwarding, and message taking.
- Take part in the staff meeting for the Office of Operations, Finance, and Performance Management, as well as any other meetings you may be asked to attend.
- Keep track of new hires and annual compliance trainings by organizing the collection of data and updating of the personnel database.
- Record who checks out what office supplies and equipment, and when.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, including filing, copying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Maintain stringent sign-out/sign-in procedures for guests and employees to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding who’s been where and who hasn’t.
- Handle billing, data entry, word processing, the creation of new case files, and correspondence composing.
- Responsible for handling requests submitted through the CMMS, as well as any necessary follow-up or emergency training.
- Participants, guests, staff, and messengers are all warmly invited to join the study. Find out why they’re there, and then take them where they want to go.
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls, and provide basic information as necessary.
- expertise in multitasking and working in a busy office setting, such as that of a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Proven ability to multitask and complete assignments on time.
- The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is a must.
- Excellent follow-up, communication, and empathy for clients, staff, and professionals.
- Paying close attention to detail is essential for ensuring that any issues reported to the front desk are properly recorded and addressed in a timely manner.
