Job Description
The Bookkeeper is in charge of paying all Accounts Payable invoices on time and accurately, recording cash receipts, producing statements, and reconciling accounts for Property Management. Escrow processing may be part of the job.

Qualifications:
- Proposed budget changes are kept track of until the budget is finished.
- Collect all insufficient funds or other returned checks from the bank as soon as possible.
- Ascertain that suitable cash handling procedures are followed. Noncompliance is documented, and where appropriate, issues are discussed with the principal.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Every day, agreements with route personnel are reached, including the matching of suitable tickets.
- Compare purchase orders to activity funds, double-check money availability, disperse funds, and get administrative permission.
- A minimum of three years of bookkeeping knowledge is recommended.
- Answering the phone and maintaining office equipment are examples of clerical work.
- The employee should have a good understanding of Clover POS and QuickBooks accounting software.
- Make sure all of your financial records are up to date and accurate.
Skills:
- Knowing how to use Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Data entry skills and a mathematical sensibility are essential.
- It is necessary to have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The principles of accounting and bookkeeping for payables and receivables are very well.
- It is necessary to have negotiation skills and a customer service mindset.
