Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll develop scalable processes for campaign management, lead generation, CRM database maintenance, and web analytics. You’ll be in charge of external internet acquisition marketing, including strategy, execution, and channel optimization. You will also be expected to collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to create and track email campaigns that generate business results across B2B and B2C customer channels. You’ll also perform complicated data analyses across paid media, CRM, and website analytics, which will be used to help stakeholders throughout the firm make strategic decisions. You’ll be handling several projects at the same time in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • Intelligence to generate and evaluate hypotheses focusing on enhancing the digital experience and site performance fuels the testing and optimization roadmap.
  • In this role, he creates, produces, and maintains simple dashboards that enable marketers and other business teams make the most of digital data.
  • Take primary and secondary research to assist Category Marketers in developing a clear, effective selling story in a visually appealing digital style.
  • It’s your job to take care of the technical parts of important marketing tools like marketing automation and CRM. These tools are used to generate, distribute, and track leads.
  • Analyze research/analysis data and translate findings into clear and actionable business insights for the media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership, in order to influence overall marketing strategy and budgets, as well as creative execution and media mix.
  • Using research from market databases such as Innova, Datassentials, Technomic, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, and Datamonitor, advanced marketing analysis and data visualization is possible (a plus)
  • New product launches, as well as successful, innovative, and unsuccessful items, are researched, reviewed, and reported on. Analyze local data, statistics, and consumer trends, then compile them into a presentation for use by marketing or sales.
  • Knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite, notably spreadsheets in Excel
  • On a daily basis, monitor and handle certain media, such as SEO, SEM, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and other forms of communication.
  • Ideas for making consumers more aware and engaged and happy, as well as other corporate goals, are generated by the employee who works closely with his or her business teams to achieve the firm’s objectives.

Skills:

  • Working in this position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to take advantage of the digital connections that consumers now have at their fingertips.
  • When it comes to problem solving, the candidate must be able to break a problem down into manageable bits, structure, analyze, and propose solutions.
  • Three or more years of expertise generating and monitoring content and inquiry/conversion marketing effectiveness utilizing data
  • Be familiar with Google AdWords (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.) and Amazon AdWords or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms, including PLA (Google Shopping) and retargeting.
  • Must be presently permitted to operate in the United States without sponsorship and will not be needed to do so in the future..
