Qualifications:

• Be a good example for people at work.
• Assist in the running of the plant’s administration.
• Identifying and picking the most successful strategies and approaches from a variety of possibilities.
• All safety measures must be supported and adhered to.
• Changes to current equipment that will increase product quality or operational safety are recommended.
• Provide real-time technical assistance to operational staff.
• Review production history on a regular basis to identify ways to increase efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
• Long-term or recurring problems can be fixed by oneself or with the help of other technical resources.
• Color formulas and techniques are put to the test.
• Any safety issues should be brought to the attention of the authorities.

Skills:

• If you’ve ever worked with electrochemistry or metal plating, you’ll have an advantage.
• Precise knowledge of printed circuit boards is required.
• For this profession, you must have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
• It is necessary to demonstrate that you are familiar with proper scientific technique and experimental design.
• It is important to use caution when handling and diluting strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or toxic substances.
