Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help the Project Manager, who is in charge of the whole project. You will supervise the daily operations of self-performing installation employees, subcontractors, and superintendents as they are involved in the building, installation, and in-service testing of all project-related systems as a Construction Manager. You will be in charge of supervising the project personnel and subcontractors throughout infrastructure design, procurement, construction, and testing of all impacted communication linked with the project being handled.

Qualifications:
- All build-to-suit contracts, spec houses, model upkeep, subdivision maintenance, signage, and all other concerns essential to manage an efficient subdivision must be effectively communicated with the Sales Counselor.
- Ensuring carriers keep their contractual promises while also monitoring tenant agreements and requirements to keep project costs under control.
- Organizing tenant work, attending meetings, managing issues, and providing ongoing feedback are all ways to help with project closure and punch list coordination.
- Monitor and assess actions of outsourced Construction contractors to ensure adherence to safety, quality, timelines and budgets, cost efficiency and control, and outcomes
- Sub-contractor identification and qualification for the project, including all site and construction trades, is the responsibility of the project manager.
- managing and offering advice to utility firms that provide services and infrastructure for the project, including managing the timetable and costs
- In conjunction with the Control Manager, responsible for validating the correctness of consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders to ensure that all of these things are properly documented in the reporting system.
- Creating initial project-specific cost estimates and assuming overall budgetary management responsibilities for the project’s numerous cost components
- Carriers and the many government agencies that work with them, as well as the City’s permission and inspection procedures. This is called “relationships.”
- It is essential to maintain that the carrier’s interests are reflected in the examination of proposal requests for modification as well as other contract material, such as extra instructions or additional requests for information.
Skills:
- Mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural building expertise in an industrial setting is a plus.
- Experience managing project timelines and budgets, recognizing deviations from the business strategy, and collaborating closely with the general contractor and project consultants to accomplish.
- It’s important to know a lot about how buildings are made, how they work, and how to build a good relationship with your clients before you start working.
- Construction contract agreements and the construction process, including the capacity to read, grasp, and coordinate the drawings and requirements of consultants, are well-versed.
