Job Description
Digital Director’s main mission is to help our team reach or surpass digital revenue targets via a solution-based sales strategy. You are in charge of all aspects of digital product and service development, implementation and optimization. Identifies customers’ marketing requirements and integrates them into a sales solution with the help of the executive team in tandem. Initiates and oversees the introduction, training, sales, and analysis of new digital marketing initiatives as they arise.

Qualifications:
- Deliver commercial value to end customers on a daily basis by streamlining the creation and delivery of new products using modern DevSecOps methods.
- Determine the effectiveness of your efforts and identify new opportunities by analyzing website traffic, PPC campaigns, search engine rankings, and other data sources.
- You will be responsible for crafting short-form television and internet videos that will promote our brand and increase website traffic.
- Make strategies for the creation of new or improved administrative tools for internal or external use.
- Digital marketing must be integrated into the overall brand strategy. Google Ads and Facebook Ads are examples of this, although it is not restricted to them. We must employ all of our digital channels in order to achieve the required level of client involvement.
- Ensure that the project is properly scoped, defined, and presented, and that regular status meetings are held to keep everyone updated on the project’s progress. Manage and/or execute development from beginning to end.
- As the key interface and relationship owner with media agency partners. Create media briefings to give strong guidance, review, and continuing optimization on agency presented strategies.
- Ensure that you have a thorough awareness of industry problems and trends, particularly those affecting accessibility, usability, and new technology.
- Support the administration of digital program initiatives, including organic and paid media; manage a variety of digital projects and work streams, including project planning, execution of projects, and reporting on project milestones.
- Must have prior experience working with internal teams and suppliers on online and mobile design and development, as well as managing websites and generating and monitoring web traffic.
Skills:
- Proficiency in the use of contemporary web development technologies and methods, such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, APIs, Responsive Design, ASP.NET Web Forms and web services, and code versioning tools.
- Experience conducting a range of digital media testing, including but not limited to randomized control trials, A/B tests, and platform brand lift studies, is desired.
- When working in a high-pressure workplace, it’s critical to be able to maintain your composure while still working swiftly and effectively.
- Candidates must have at least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing including work for political campaigns and advocacy organizations.
- can understand and communicate technical concepts to a wide audience in an understandable and engaging manner.
