The Senior Copywriter is the communications department’s go-to wordsmith, responsible for attracting and retaining members through persuasive written content. Copy for our products and services must be written, edited, and refined for use in a wide range of online and offline mediums. The Senior Copywriter takes a creative approach to projects and looks for ways to enhance our messaging in addition to assuring the accuracy and brand consistency of our content.

Qualifications:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders can help you collect and incorporate valuable stakeholder feedback into your copy.
- Content creation guidelines and brand voice manuals need regular maintenance and development.
- It’s important to write and modify copy that reinforces branding, marketing, and content initiatives.
- Manage the website’s content creation process and oversee the development of high-level, strategic message for all significant projects.
- Make use of your intelligence by asking pertinent questions of those in leadership positions in the creative industries.
- Maintain media standards and serve as the PR firm’s daily coordinator.
- Consistent content development and analysis across all channels of communication (email, social media, blogs, digital banking, lead generation, PPC, branch marketing, and public relations) is essential.
- Ensure timely delivery of all written and spoken messages; use concise, clear language; and use the Elevations brand voice throughout.
- In order to develop proper copy for tasks that have been allocated, research goods and services across all business sectors.
- Be able to write creatively at the collegiate level while also having a firm grasp of a variety of brand voices and styles.
Skills:
- developing promotional materials in collaboration with designers, project managers, and outside vendors (such as advertising agencies and private companies).
- Over seven years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or writing.
- Experience presenting to all levels for creative presentations and be proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- It takes knowledge, imagination, and calculated action to resolve problems and capitalize on opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have a BA in Business, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, or a related field.
