The Marketing Consultant embodies the Patch Values as they collaborate with the Client Success Manager and B2C Marketing teams across a wide region of clients to conduct marketing performance evaluations and respond to consultation requests.

Qualifications:
- Achieve or exceed predetermined revenue goals for corporate projects, new enterprises, digital projects, and ongoing operations. Create a strategy that will aid in reaching the objectives.
- Facilitate communication between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams to proactively strengthen materials and ensure compliance with rules.
- Make sure Product Delivery has the marketing materials it needs to comply with state advertising filing requirements by creating and generating the relevant marketing documents.
- Completes extensive marketing reviews including but not limited to – direct mail, websites, magazine advertising, text messages, and digital/social assets.
- Understanding a client’s business goals and advertising strategies is essential to developing effective solutions to help them reach those goals.
- In order to achieve your business objectives, you should seek out companies who are growing, relocating, or adding to their workforce.
- To guarantee that the implementation of the campaign fulfills the client’s expectations, research and build campaign solutions, including overall branding and creative.
- Meeting with stakeholders on a regular basis allows you to exchange ideas and find innovative ways to solve problems.
- Consult on a wide range of strategic projects to provide an association/affinity perspective to the table.
- Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance our processes and provide input to further enhance operational efficiencies.
Skills:
- have relevant work experience in marketing, compliance, or a similar sector in addition to a four-year degree.
- Strong attention to detail and superior project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under deadline.
- competent with the Microsoft Office package. Excel and Word proficiency of a middle level.
- Self-motivated individual capable of analyzing situations and coming up with creative solutions. The ability to work with minimal guidance from higher-ups.
- You have a minimum of three years’ experience working in marketing or compliance for the financial services industry.
