Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst – Jazan
Job Description
The Financial Specialist reports to the Supervisor and must be able to execute financial transactions relating to group and individual billing, ACH procedures, and cash receipt processing. Updating, balancing and terminating group and individual receivables. Process group admin fees and vendor payments. Invoice for third-party administrator (TPA) claims processing and financing.

Qualifications:
- Journal entries, expenditure reclassifications, and cash receipts are examples of transactional accounting forms and reports that must be completed or processed.
- Assists in the management of the Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) Program and serves as the acknowledged authority in the analysis and guidance of financial programs and problems.
- Checks the payroll deduction database on a regular basis and leverages inactive payment reports supplied by the billing administrator help ensure correct vendor payment. Monthly summaries of payroll deductions, benefit programs, and bills are conducted with controls in place to assure accuracy. Payments to vendors are handled correctly. Ad-hoc analysis is performed when needed.
- Work with others to create effective agency-wide rules and procedures for acquiring, allocating, disbursing, and spending monies in authorized budgets.
- System/solution integration and process reengineering projects need communication with various levels of management and users.
- Process and validate manual adjustments submitted to group ledger on HealthCare Processing System for PCMI, WGAT, and individual accounts (COBRA).
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and information technology teams to provide effective support for forward-thinking financial and compliance efforts by implementing solutions and processes that enable growth and efficiency.
- Help the Associate Analyst with monthly administrative tasks, such as monthly fee calculations and spreadsheets that show rolling monthly data for the last 12 months.
- Make sure everyone in the organization is aware of the project’s progress, deadline, and difficulties so that they can support and assist with system/solution integration efforts and changes in how things function.
- At work, you’re a project manager. You keep an eye on what’s going on with projects, as well as make sure everything is going well with your work and the finished product.
Skills:
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives with teams from throughout the world is a plus.
- Having a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or a highly related field may be enough to get the job.
- Ability to plan, organize, coach, encourage, and guide subordinate colleagues in the use of automated data processing principles, system capabilities, and cost-effective applications to efficiently execute tasks.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management rules, ideas, concepts, methods, techniques, and methodologies
- While you must be familiar with end-user office software, such as calendaring and word processing, you must also be familiar with working with a health-care system that is not yet available on the market.
