We need a personable and outgoing Office Administrator to oversee daily operations. Help with daily office operations and administrative tasks as the primary point of contact for all administrative and maintenance office needs.

  • Complex clerical job includes activities including typing notes and reports, managing paperwork, fielding questions and providing answers, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain buildings and coordinate repair efforts with tenants, maintenance crews, and other building staff. Communicate with local property management.
  • Performs a wide range of administrative tasks, such as record keeping, filing, answering phones, and customer service.
  • Develop and execute regular office events and functions, such as team building exercises, charity events, and networking opportunities for clients and business partners.
  • Develops and oversees all aspects of the branch’s financial administration, from billing and collection to reporting and analysis.
  • manages employees and their activities, such as scheduling, monitoring attendance, and giving performance reviews.
  • Protect the office’s safety features and make sure the building can meet the company’s business continuity needs.
  • Direct the activities of the office and the employees who help keep it operating, such as secretaries and those who work in the conference room (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • Serves as a resource for the public regarding the department’s services and policies; offers suggestions to higher-ups on occasion for ways to enhance operations.
  • You’ve been a part of several projects at the company that aim to improve the level of service given to both internal and external clients because you work on the administrative operations team.


  • Capability to work effectively under intense time constraints and strict attention to detail.
  • To be qualified, you need a bachelor’s degree and seven years of managerial experience in a business providing professional services, preferably of medium or large size.
  • Confident in one’s own judgment and social graces.
  • Experience at the highest levels of management, communication, and logistics.
  • the art of juggling multiple priorities without losing focus or becoming overwhelmed.
