Job Description
One-on-one client counseling in the area of business planning, analysis, and preparation of financial statements, such as cash flow projections, income statements, and sources and uses statements for reporting are among the services provided by the Business Advisor, who reports to the Managing Director of the Small Business Development Center.

Qualifications:
- Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions are when this person collaborates with IT teams to examine their requirements. Both business and IT support interact closely to guarantee that requirements are carried out and that requirements change control is maintained.
- IT architects and the Release Train Engineer work together to ensure that requirements are delivered in a timely manner to the IT Development team so that they can provide incremental program value and provide data for scheduled campaigns.
- To satisfy business requirements, develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with people from all backgrounds, both within and outside the firm, with community leaders, employees, and public interest organizations.
- Helps develop commercial financial proposals and projections, business plans, and operating plans for marketing and management. Also does research, data collection, and budget analysis to help managers make decisions. Develops and implements marketing program plans and coordinates program marketing efforts to make more people aware of and have easier access to the business resources the center has to offer.
- A diversified and difficult customer need a wide range of knowledge to deliver outstanding one-on-one counsel. Some customers may be handled immediately, while others require long-term assistance based on their skill or company complexity. Without good organization, you’ll struggle to stay up with business decision-making.
- It enables the conversion of high-level corporate vision and scope into precise functional requirements for campaigns.
- As a client advisor, discuss and handle loan approval-related credit administration issues such as decision, structure, pricing, and renewals.
- Sessions may be held in a variety of public venues, including classrooms where they last for an extended period of time, conferences that last for a single day or many days and have open forums where topical topics are discussed, and other sorts of public settings.
- Conduct an analysis of the risks posed by internal controls and collaborate with the owners of compliance, legal, operational risk management, and business experience to provide guidance on how to mitigate such risks.
- Risks in client relationships can only be reduced or understood by research and understanding. Appropriateness of a customer’s demand may either be modified or rejected by management.
Skills:
- In order to increase productivity and enhance business decisions, such as managing performance and profitability in line with risk and compliance requirements, suggestions and proposals that will raise efficiency and improve business choices will be produced and implemented.
- This subject covers entrepreneurship, small business management, financial accounting, marketing, market research, economic development, and legal concerns associated to business growth.
- 8-10 years of consumer-oriented, strategic data, healthcare, consumer goods, or services sector expertise is necessary; SQL knowledge is not essential but extremely advantageous.
- Worked with stakeholders and management at all levels to design messages and provide critical information.
