- Attain or exceed sales, repeat business, and new business targets.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings with internal clients, direct project efforts, and offer insight into how to address business challenges.
- In charge of a group of designers and writers, you must generate promotional materials that boost sales and fortify the brand.
- In collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management teams, lead creative projects and teams from ideation to pixel-perfect delivery.
- Write copy for use in marketing efforts across many digital mediums, including websites, email newsletters, digital billboards, and social media.
- Ensure that individual projects continue in the same artistic vein as the overall campaign and are suitable for the client, brand, store, and customer.
- Working knowledge of promotional media vendors, as well as the ability to work with a variety of product specifications.
- Deliver content that is in line with the brand and the campaign standards to maximize brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Influence the overall concept and aesthetic of a project or campaign, take an active role in its design, and provide design solutions that boost participation and engagement.
- Making innovative consumer marketing and promotion materials for agency, client, and new business projects.

- BFA in graphic design, advertising, or related field or equivalent visual design degree is a must.
