Job Description
A Senior Graphic Designer is needed. This position is at the corporate level and will report to the department’s Production Manager while working closely with the production artists on staff to assist with graphic design and packaging. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of internal designers and analysts to provide clients with analysis and presentation help.

Qualifications:
- Be sure all designs are up to par and in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
- expertise in transforming business goals into innovative, creative, and distinguishable brand experiences across digital, interactive, social, and viral channels.
- ensures that all work is strategic, efficient, and consistent, and that the Foundation’s standards and brand are reflected in all documents (both internal and external).
- A web-based portfolio that displays a wide range of design styles, as well as a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for practicality.
- Experience in HTML, HTML5, and CSS, with an emphasis on responsive and cross-platform development.
- Performs in a manner that is both clear and compelling while communicating strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas to internal and external partners or “clients.”
- Prior exposure to habit formation, direct response, and brand response campaigns is essential.
- Oversees all internal- and external-facing online and print creative materials from conception to final delivery; provides clear creative direction, guidance, and feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational and partner needs.
- Promptly takes charge of strategic design thinking and brainstorming sessions, while also working closely with the Communications group to provide novel ideas and approaches to utilizing design for storytelling.

Skills:
- A web-based portfolio that showcases a passion for excellent design that demonstrates stylistic diversity, attention to detail, and usability.
- Expertise in visual communications gained through work as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or comparable role; must have demonstrated attention to detail and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Capacity to translate company goals into innovative, differentiated, and original brand experiences across digital, interactive, social, and viral mediums.
- It is essential to have prior direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing experience.
